Our processing time takes anywhere from 2-5 days. Once your order has shipped it will arrive in up to 5 business days.

All products ship from my home studio in Pittsburgh, PA! All products are made in the USA!

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please allow for 2 weeks to a month for your products to arrive after their ship date.

At East Coast Creations, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. This is an option where customers add a small fee onto their order and this fee insures that if you package gets losts in the mail it will be covered. We encourage all customers to add this on in the event of their package being stolen. If you do not add this protection, we cannot replace the items and encourage checking will USPS and your neighbors for the lost package.

We allow customers to cancel their orders up to 24 hours after placing the order for a full refund. If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours, we will refund the customer with store credit.

We recommend washing your bandana on cold and then air-drying—iron as needed.
